About The Project
The project was designed for an Industrial area in Berlin. It is an Office building with commercial stores on it ground level floor.
Even though the industrial environment, many buildings on its surroundings are being rehabilitated to serve the multiple business needs of the region. This project aimed to combine the characteristics of the old remaining buildings and their histories, with a modern and actual design.
Development
The building has on its underground floors a large garage and all technical rooms. All floors are well organized, offering comfortable and spacious offices, coffee areas and terraces. On the ground floor is found also a restaurant to support workers on their lunch/snack time.
My participation on this project was mainly in the design phase (LPH 2) of aspects to be taken into consideration for the better development and harmony of the façade.
