About The Project
The project has been designed to complete a well-structured urban fabric in the west part of Hamburg. Most of its neighbors have already been built and the project aims to enclose this great plot of land. It has been developed a 3 building a complex with 45 residences varying from 1 to 3 bedrooms apartment.
Development
The building has on its underground floor a large garage, all technical rooms and storage areas for every apartment. All floors were carefully planned to ensure the comfort of its residents due to the loud main street adjacent to the development.
My participation on this project was mainly in the design phase (LPH 2) of aspects to be taken into consideration for the better development and harmony of the façade and the development of constructive details, control and verification of technical and static specifications.
